Please start the registration process by completing the pre-qualification form.
If your child qualifies, you’ll be emailed a packet to complete the registration.

Eligibility: Children must be a minimum of 6 years of age.
Participants need to be 130% of poverty level or receive SNAP benefits or be covered by MassHealth.
You only need to meet one of these requirements to qualify.
Please note: Each child will be assigned a confirmation number which you must bring with you on the first day of the program.
